Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines GrandView Baptist Church (" we ", " our " or " the Church") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at GrandViewbc.org (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users ").

Your attendance and presence at any GrandView Program, wherever located, constitutes Your consent for Yourself and any minors appearing with You to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded without restriction. You agree and consent that any photographs, films, or recordings shall become the property of GrandView and may be used, published, and/or reproduced for any lawful purposes whatsoever, including, but not limited to, on GrandView’s websites, promotional videos, social media, and advertising. By appearing at any GrandView Program, You waive any claims, causes of action, or damages of any kind that You may have related to the use of recorded media on behalf of You and any minors appearing with You.
If You do not wish for Yourself or any minors appearing with You to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, please e-mail info@GrandViewBC.org and we will do our best to keep you out of photographs, videos or recordings.
SMS POLICY and Terms of use
GrandView also uses third party text messaging services to communicate and share information with its guests and members. By filling out our forms and giving consent on those forms, You have provided Us with consent to send You text messages regarding GrandView Programs and events. Message frequency varies by events/preference. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. If Your phone does not support MMS, You will receive SMS instead. We respect Your privacy and will not intentionally distribute Your mobile phone number to any third parties without Your consent, except as otherwise stated herein.
Opt-Out or Stop
If You wish to stop receiving text messages from GrandView, reply STOP to any text message. You may also stop text messages by calling Us at (972) 681-2284 or emailing Us at info@GrandView.org.
Help or Support
If at any time You need Our contact information on how to stop text messages, reply HELP to any text message. Upon receiving Your text message, We will send You a text message with this information. In general, the messages We send provide You with information about Our events. Some of the text messages We send may include links to websites. To access these websites, You will need a web browser and Internet access.
Corporate transaction
We may share information in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). In the event of the above, the transferee or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.
Minors
